Individual team members and organizations have worked on a wide variety of multistory modular projects within the residential and hospitality industries.
Alan Rand is a results-driven leader, strategic thinker, and senior executive with more than 25 years of successful modular experience in multi-million dollar projects for clients in the US and abroad, including Federal, State and Commercial entities. Alan Rand offers demonstrated expertise in all aspects of executive construction management for multi-million dollar projects. Emphasis on profit/loss responsibility, business development, operations, contract and relationship management, estimating and proposal writing. Specific experience in planning and managing all aspects of modular construction projects from real estate acquisition and design to construction management, building commissioning, and owner turnover. Alan Rand has developed projects throughout the world to include Thailand, Jordan, Korea, Afghanistan, multiple countries throughout the former Soviet Union, Africa, and North America.
Scott Boerckel is an accomplished entrepreneur with a distinguished 26 year history in the Modular Construction Industry. Scott has successfully completed over 800 modular builds and has been deemed by many as the creator of the "modular addition" which has paved the way for great momentum in the modular building industry. His company Coast to Coast encompasses projects from simple modular additions and homes to modular CO-OPs, affordable housing, and condominium complexes.
Jim Garrison is an American architect and educator. In 1991, Garrison founded his current firm Garrison Architects. The firm's award-winning work covers a range of building types. Garrison has a reputation as one of the pioneering figures in sustainable modern design, emphasizing notions of tectonic form, preservation, and long life. His work employs a range of strategies from the elimination of air conditioning to the conservation of water and natural resources. Recent modular projects integrate these ideas by making long-lasting buildings that can be built quickly, reducing design and construction costs and thereby conserving energy.
